At VA Mortgages we use Citrix ShareFile to offer our customers a fast and secure way to upload the documentation required to process your application.

How does the document upload process work?
If your adviser has asked you to upload documents, simply follow these steps:
- Select your adviser from the ‘Recipient’ drop down list.
- Fill in your name, email address and company name (if relevant). If Company Name is not relevant, please enter N/A.
- Drag and drop your documents, or click ‘Browse files’ to choose from the files on your device.
- Click the ‘Upload’ button to upload your selected documents.
It is as simple as that. You’ll recieve an email confirming your document upload and your adviser will get a real-time notification that your documents are available for download.
Why does VA Mortgages use Citrix ShareFile?
We take data security seriously. Email, whilst easy to use, is not the most secure method of transferring important documents containing your personal information.
ShareFile is an easy tool for our clients to use, with the necessary security both in transfer and storage, to keep your documents and personal information safe.
